2. Receive a quote: We’ll provide a detailed quote based on your requirements.
3. Review and approve: Once you approve the quote, we’ll send over a contract outlining the project scope.
4. Sign the contract: After reviewing the contract, sign it to formalize the project.
5. Make a deposit: An initial deposit is required to get started.
6. Payment: Payments can be made easily online via our secure payment system.
7. Start the project: Once the deposit is received, we begin the creative process and keep you updated every step of the way.

• For projects over $200, we ask for 50% deposit upfront before we start designing. (Deposit is non-refundable)
• Under $200 we ask for full payment upfront. We’ll send you an invoice with the details you have chosen from your questionnaire.
• We promise satisfaction with your design. If not, we’ll make it right!

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB using Stripe Payment Processor.

Additionally, you can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and direct Bank Transfer for large one-off payments.

1 week. We try to get your designs finalized and ready to go within a week.
Websites have a 3-4 week design timeline.

For Logos and brand design, we design multiple concepts. After sending the initial concepts and ideas we tweak the design based on your feedback. (such as color, fonts, etc.)
After a final design has been chosen, there is a maximum of 5 free revisions.

The designs are 100% yours. Use them as you’d like.

Prints are not included in the design price, but we have packages available!
You don’t have to print with us, you can take your final design to a local printshop and get your files printed.
